The Cheek Radish

Her lines radiating outward

Like when the flowers

Have all withered and fallen off

And the seed pods begin to form

Beneath

But crystalline forms actually have no energy

She wears their inertness like a badge

Of push and pull.

Card Information

This piece belongs to the Divas collection as noted by the magenta text. In the initial run of 4000 cards, there were 50 of this card made making it a rare card. In the initial printing, some were produced with the purple star which is a legendary rare designation - a typo. It should have a gold or yellow star. Which did you get?

The poem on this card was written by Terri Lambrix.
There were 5 signed versions of this card in random packs as well.

This page is primarily accessible through the QR code on the card you collected. My intention for each of these pages is to journal or chronicle the events and details around this particular sculpture. In a sense, the card functions as a key to unlocking the life or narrative around this piece. If the piece is sold or collected, shown in a new venue, damaged or destroyed, or if I begin to develop other narratives around this work, I would detail those things here. When these updates occur, I will post about them in my newsletter or you can check back occasionally for updates and information.
